  10. Craving a cigarette can't hurt you and they pass in a short amount of time. Take smoking "off the table"; do something (anything) else. There are lots of pinned information to help you along the way. As I learned more about nicotine addition, I found it easier to dismiss smoking thoughts. Keep a good attitude, it will make quitting easier.
