  2. @jillar Good for you j had a good day also. Went over to my friend house that is sick with a couple of other friends and planted some flowers for her. She was really happy and even got to come outside for awhile. Made us all smile!!!

  12. Wow ,seems like I can go along and doing very good and then I have a day that its like something hits me like oh I thought I was over this smoking crap!!! Back to one day at a time.
  13. Don't forget while you're busy doubting yourself someone else is admiring your strength
  14. Don't think about what can happen in a month don't think about what can happen in a year just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can do what you can do to get closer to where you want to be one day at a time

Knowing it's time for a change is half the battle some people never get that far you already know what needs to be done set your fire and courage on the things you wish to create but don't rush be patient it took time to create this mess and it will take time to clean it up just take a deep breath and keep moving forward
