  12. Ive gained for sure but now past the worst in my quit, im trying to shift the weight. Buts its a real slow slog to shift weight its awful. But yet again we are all in this together, everyone here understands which i love and it helps.

  14. Hi pumpkin. Sorry you are going through such a crappy time. My parents live in rural south west france so i know how quiet and isolated it can be. This is a stop smoking place so thats at the forefront of a lot of our minds. So im sorry if im talking about fags when you are going through heart ache. But why not pick a day like say one day this week....and quit again. The fags are not helping or making you feel any better. If you commit to quit im here for you, but if youre gona be smoking for the foreseeable in my opinion you are in the wrong place. But i hope whatever you decide re smoking, you feel better real soon.

  20. Come and play the games sunny they are fantastic time killers and funny also. Or you could download a stop smoking app onto your phone they are great at helping you keep track of your quit. Or just google stop smoking benefits. Or maybe long quit lapsers, i fancy reading up on that myself to motivate me not to throw my quit away after years.
  21. Hi Rose, sorry im late. The only thing i do is deep breaths, lots of them, just try and calm myself down. Say positive things over and over in your head and go over what you will be talking about in the meeting. Just try keep your mind occupied and not on panic mode, easier said than done I know. I'm normally able to calm down once the meeting starts, hopefully you are the same. Let us know how you got on, I hope it went ok for you
