  1. Hi catlover, the meal was an absolute winner but i cant take any credit for it. Dinner was just over 300 calories but was very filling and tasty. And basically did not feel like a diet, low calorie dinner. I got the broccoli rice from asda and an asda slimzone spicy chicken dish. They have cauliflower rice too. Im going to try that Friday. If you are watching calories or carbs the broccoli or cauli rice is a great find. Im having a day off exercise today apart from my usual 30 min walk at lunch.

  10. Im in gym doing 1 hour body combat at 5.30. Hey ive got this new thing for dinner broccoli rice, very little calories. Serving it with some spiced up chicken....could be a revelation

  18. Hi PT, sorry to hear you are struggling a bit but hey all fad diets are like that from my experience. I had to click back onto this thread just so I could have a look at what you are eating. Meat, fruit and vegetables and some fats. Can you eat all veg like carby ones potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes? Boy I would miss eggs and milk. And grains. If you need to amend the diet slightly I would just do that, no point being miserable for 30 days. And a slight adjustment might be all you need to make yourself feel much better. What have you been eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
  19. 30 mins cx works today easy but worthwhile. But out for dins afterwards. Body combat moro and restrict the ol calories
