Have you thought of doing a blog.???....its something to look back on..im sorry I didn't..it would have been great reading now...and a great reminder just how far I've travelled...give it some thought..   4. Wow..D... You have alot of furry friends... They are lovely..I do have a soft spot for the boxer dog.. They are so friendly... I've wondered would Ted like a companion..not sure he would mix..he's been the boss for 3 years..
  5. Glad to hear your trip to the dentist wasn't as bad as you thought..our minds are really our worst enemy... I will be checking EFT..I'm one of those folks who just have to go and have a look ,and maybe a try ..when someone mentions something I've not heard of... It just might be the one good thing you have been looking for...x

  9. Jewel.. Well done ,having another smoke free day..this is how we all did it...taking it day by day.. Keep reading here..all old posts too...fhere is always something that hits home...and the information sticks... I remember repeating NOPE.. At least a million times a day.. I can only promise you..the magic will happen... Different stages for different folks..but it always happens.. You have you keep your precious quit of course...

  14. Hope you feel a bit better today... Some of us sail through it all..some of us not so.. I felt kinda battered for a while..but knew I wouldn't give in...no matter what... I down loaded Allen Carr the Easy Way to stop smoking on my I pod...so in between music ..I would listen to him.. He kept me grounded...I had a punching pillow pillow too... I drew a face on it..not saying who...but had so much fun ..punching it across the room...such fun... I was like a wound up spring... Find what works for you...it might be a nice relaxing bath with candles...
  15. The world is getting smaller... Nicky had to get a flight from Canberra to Sydney or Melbourne..to fly to Singapore..then on to England.. Canberra has now started a flight straight to Singapore..this will knock off at least 5 hrs off her long journey.. Most of it sitting around the airport's...1 month to go.. She has booked a airport hotel room ..to have a good sleep .so hopefully all this will help the fatigue... We estimate roughly 36 hrs after leaving her home..

  18. Pumpkin.. Starting a new business ,is always hard going at the start.. I watched my son struggle to get his buisness up and running..hope it's not too long before it's more comfortable.. Better times ahead I'm sure...x
  19. There's no issue with my movements insofar as regularity is concerned. I've just been reading about the importance of gut health and want to produce healthy poop. If after I pop a squat I can say to myself "that's a good bowel movement right there" it leaves me feeling satisfied. I'm beginning to think I'm too comfortable here. Sharing way too much information. Oh you and my daughter would sooooo hit it off...she analysis poop too...always talks about the gut.. Her body is a temple ...so to speak....she always questioning me.. We are what we eat... Thanks boo...for the kind words..I'm a tough nut...and keep bouncing back...
