  3. Aww sorry you are going through this Roopy...I don't think I suffered with these symptoms... If you are worried about anything health wise...a trip to the doctors will ease your worries... BKP...is right...all temporary...it's amazing how quitting effects the body... Hope someone comes along ,who can help you better..

Very early in my own quit.being with friends was very important.. There are quite a few of your friends here now..hoping this will make it easier for you to settle down here...
