Good for you Gon.... Thoughts of smoking are bound to come up now and again ....were addicts.... It's how we react to them that matters... You sound like your in s good place....smoking won't change anything.... It took my junkie brain a long time to understand this...way to go !!! -

Sorry your feeling crap....hoping it passes soon.... Whatever you feeling will be temporary... Stay strong....it will get better.... It takes 3 days for all the nicotine to leave your body....quitting is a roller coaster...with loads of bends along the way.......
