Coming up go 5 yrs...I still remember I was a smoker...not to have one....but remember I did smoke for decades... I don't think of them often... We are all addicts...as long as we keep our guard.....we will keep the monster sleeping !!!

I did enjoy watching the royal wedding...I'm a huge romantic.!!!!...

I remember writing the exact thing.!!!..I'm like a toddler having to learn all over again... I didn't know how to be a adult,without my crutch... The more I did something smoke free...the more it came the norm...now I do everything ,and the thought of smoking is well forgotten... Be patient and kind to yourself..the magic will happen It happens ..one day at a time !!!!

My daughter and I take a great vacation together every year. This next one, I want to fully enjoy every moment of it with her, without thinking of where I can have the next smoke.  I can so relate to this.. I get to spend more time with my daughter...who I only see once a year....have good girly times ...they are such fun,without the smoke breaks ...

This is as real as it gets...you think it won't happen to you ???? Tony did too !!!

That nico monster....he can come visiting,when you least expect it... Every time you fight him...he loses some of his power.. Well done S!!!!...you kicked his butt.!!!

John was one of the most wonderful people ,I have encounted.... His writings were magical...and it was a great shock to those who knew him,when he wrote about his illness.... I'm sure he will stay in our hearts forever...and is sadly missed ...
