  1. Jillar is right ... Our bodies are so mixed up....it's been used to having so many chemicals taking in 20 or more times a day for decades.. I didn't suffer from this ,so I carnt advise ....but if your worried about anything I would seek your doctor's help... It takes a while for your NEW body to adjust ....this will only be temporary....

  14. Most of what we encounter when we Quit is usually temporary.... Our bodies are going through massive changes ... Jillar has given you some good advice ... Hope it rights itself soon ....and Well done .

  17. It's good they are still trying to educate the poor smoker ,but when your in the thick of this addiction Nothing will work ...unless you want it too... My Friend used to cover the horrific pictures on packets with brown tape ,so she didn't have to look at them , Even asking the woman on the counter to swop the pack for a different picture that she didn't find horrific. Sadly she died of pancreatic cancer...caused by smoking .
