For me....my daily pledge....is a reminder of what I am acheiveing...... Smoking is not on the table....today...... Well done stu.....you have a good strong quit...... I'm not ready to go forth in the big smoke free world alone.....not just yet..... I think a few more n.o.p.es are needed here...... Hugs

Hi and welcome aboard.....congrats on your quit....... What I have learned after smoking 52 years before quitting...... Life's problems are still there whether we smoke or not...... You'll find heaps of support here.....

We have just took daughter to the airport ,for her trip back to Australia...... Plenty of tears..... Geez ,it doesn't get any easier......
