This is a topic that I suppose folks can only speak for them selves...this is me..... I came for help because quiting for me was a no brainier..... It would have been pointless me having a odd puff and not altering my ticker... I had to fez up....be honest with myself.... For me....smoking was not on the table....ever.....

Oh yes a good size healthy boy.... Make sure plenty of pain relief is in the birth plan....this reminds me... When my grand daughter was being born...Jenny was giving my son the gas and air too....to calm him down....
