I was told about this today...never heard of it... It seems it's a relaxation yoga..to help those with sleeping problems.. You can do lessons on you tube..I will be trying this.. Thought I would share...

Smoking is not on the table ever...no matter what... Enough lives have been lost to the greedy murdering tabacoo companies... Well done quit train...proud of all of us...we beat them.. Keeping your quit...sometimes hard...but dying of copd/ or losing limbs..cancer...this is harder to deal with..

I love this post...at the beginning some craziness is needed.. Besides music blasting down my ears..probably damaged them.lol... I drew a face on a pillow with a marker pen.... And punching hell out not it.....sending it flying through the air..or lying it on the bed and punching away for all my life.. Oh it felt good...
