Yes, I remember the foggy feeling...but this too shall pass...and I like the suggestions of juice and singing! -
Tiff, I just don't know what to say...except that I am so glad you did not smoke! Try not to think about the foreverness, go back to one day at a time, and you will build your forever quit. Think about what the first days and weeks are like, I know you do not want to go through that again. Try to figure out why smoking a pack today seemed like the thing to do...

Please check with your doctor about using both Chantix and nicotine gum...I think it might be self defeating. I quit using Chantix, and I had my last cigarette after I had been taking it for 13 days. The Chantix blocks the nicotine receptors in your brain, so I don't think adding the gum is going to make you feel any better....
