I'm just back from a wandering around. Had lovely conversations with 2 women from Memphis, a couple from E Germany, another couple from Nashville that appreciated my recommendations for music, one guy that played me the most incredible tune from Brazil and a slew of gays in my local just having fun. Now home and HUNGRY. Maybe my delivery boy with hugs is in order. Did I mention, ? I am working on my playlist, the Walking, playlist. and I am not shy about dancing in the street. Also, taking requests for 'the stroll'. knock me out !

Thanks, @jillar 😊 I love this place also. Some very important people in my life hang here and that we can reach people fighting N addiction is incredibly inspiring. Amazing that a bunch of addicts are so compatible, really. Many of us have met at some of the worst moments in our quits and been able to nurture ourselves and each other to freedom. Pretty awesome. The bond I feel with y'all is v. strong, it is a powerful thing, through turbulent times, carefree times also and a day doesn't go by finding me laughing, sometimes crying with laughter, at some of our social posts. I am really honored to be a part of this community, for true. S p.s. I am SO appreciative of @MarylandQuitter for keeping the train on track, ( QTrain is a veritable life saver. I know...it saved mine) and for @Doreensfree for being the most excellent Moderator on the planet (as well as a kind, funny, empathetic, smart and beautiful poster)

hey, @notsmokinjo, I just pulled up, 'This Is Madeline Peyroux' on spotify and had a listen or partial listen to 30 or so songs. 👎 👎 👎 PLEASE JO, come out of the black worm hole of her catalog ! We can save you. Her 'Billie' affectation pisses me off and in my not so humble opinion, Madeline mangles 'Everybody's Talking', 'Everything I Do Gonna Be Funky' and 'Shout Sister Shout'. These are important songs to me. MP is not pour moi but, my friend is going to love her and thanks for the shout out. Love, S
