    -14 Hi Betsy!
  4. I use the headphones that came with my Samsung Galaxy in an ipod shuffle that was handed down to me from my son. I highly recommend Beats in ear headphones, I bought them for my son for Christmas. My reason for recommending them is because they work after going through the washing machine and dryer. Don't ask me how I know this, though :D

  6. You get a pat of butter and some salt. I insert a new bathing suit in a new size.

  10. Thanks MQ, the second one I do often. Yep, I do the first exercise just like that. My left side is weak compared to the right and maybe that has something to do with it, since it's my left wrist that causes the most problem. #3 I think I will put on my list to try. I do prefer the machines though, less of a chance of doing it wrong.

  12. I have been doing the upright cable row quite a bit and I like it a lot, it's given me great results pretty quickly. Only problem is, it's beating the crap out of my wrists. I mean, sometimes I have a really difficult time extending my wrists, doing basic tasks. I need an alternative, any ideas?
  13. Getting better, I will be glad when it is all over and I can eat something crunchy! I started logging again today because I was starving :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
