Great post Markus doesnt it make you sad though as if only they would JUMP and they would see that its really not scary at all if you are reading this thread and want to quit please join us there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of and we are here to support your journey every step of the way.

    im in the process of doing mine it feels weird writing and seeing this stuff i was never good at keeping a diary I would fill in the first day and that was it - so my blog might not see the light of day lol

  7. soozie you are 10 days into your quit and you got yourself through your own SOS I think thats pretty awesome please do not feel guilty or bad because you thought about it, OMG if I was to beat myself up everytime I was close I would be a soggy mess on the floor right now please see the strength in what you did and have achieved here today ((hugs))
  8. soozie I am glad you are feeling better now and can i say that we would have missed you and we would of had to hunt you down :ph34r: The most important thing is to recognise these moments and know we can get through them I feel emotions are strongly linked to our junkie thoughts but we can get through them as you have done never be afraid to post we are here to support each other i want to hug you and pat you on the back xxxx

  11. you are a great non smoker Marti - i keep learning things every day about this addiction at least now as non smokers we face the truth no more denials
  12. Tracey really? just look how far you have come, look what you have been through already look at the situations and stress you have faced and got through this far! DO NOT listen to that stupid addict head of yours and get back to that fighter that you ARE you know you ARE stronger than any situation you find yourself in to get you to this SOS point sort yourself out NOW girl - giving in is not an option! - relapse is not an option! Tomorrow is a new day and all will be right with your world REMEMBER WHY YOU QUIT!

    hard to explain dang it without confusing you more im a bit of a pleb too with this stuff I open picture fully right click copy picture right click paste onto thread press the top left button in the tool bar where you are posting on the left next to what looks like a pink and white eraser just ignore me if i am confusing you - sorry x
