  4. Hi @Doreensfree... a little bit of tough love.. yes that is in order. The worst thing is dissapointing myself and feeling like im letting down friends here... but I will dust myself off and keep going. I really don't want to allow myself to indulge in a pitty party. Thanks for your support.
  5. Thank you @DenaliBlues
  6. You are right @QuittingGirl... i could say a lot of things but they would all be excuses. I've have had some heavy family isssues going on... none of that is an excuse to smoke.

  20. NOPE for today!
  21. I’m so sorry to hear that news, Gene. But I really respect your being accountable and getting back on the Train. Reflect on what there is to learn from this relapse, but shake it off and move forward. As others have said, ours is a wily addiction. It lurks in the tall grass waiting to ensnare us when we let down our guard. Many of us have had a winding road to freedom… but we’ve learned that it IS possible to get back on track. You can do this, my friend!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
