  5. Hi guys

So I joined originally in 2013 I think. I quit smoking for 8 years! But stupidly started again November 2021. I have tried many many times to quit again but have failed everytime. So I said I will try see can I log back in to where it all started for me 13 years ago. I had great help and support from soo many. So no better thing to do is try and try again. Just at the end of day 2 🙄😔 let's hope i can survive day 3.

I'm sorry to hear you relapsed and have struggled for several years but you can quit again, and for good.  Take the "let's hope i can survive day 3" and just realize you can do this.  You will be far better off.  Stick around and commit to NOPE and continue to reach out if you are struggling.  You can do this and your life will be far better off without cigarettes.

  15. Good luck Reci, we are all pulling for you and giving you positive and good thoughts!! I use My Chart with my doctors and it's very good and definitely user friendly. I usually get the results of my tests on there before my doctor's office even calls me.
  16. @Reciprocity it was delish.
  17. Good job @Kdad! Keep working at it and you'll soon be a free man. Free of that nasty addiction to nicotine that takes so much from us and gives nothing back except a need for another smoke
  18. Looks yummy! Now you've made me hungry .......

  23. It would be good to have a driver for the last couple of weeks of your treatment. It will make you tired. I call my wife's dot tattoos "badass". MyChart is also a good place to ask questions and give feedback as your treatment progresses. Good luck.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
