  8. Two months in and still NOPE!
  9. It's been a busy week and I haven't been online much. I have, however, kept to my commitment of not smoking and I've surprised myself at how little time I've spent thinking about it while I've been busy. I know I'm only two months in, so I'm not going to let myself get too complacent, but I had a pretty big accomplishment last week - I went to a bar and played at an open mic night. I wasn't sure how well I'd handle getting on stage without a cigarette to prepare my nerves and one to calm myself down afterward, but when the time came, I wasn't even thinking about that. Even with nerves and a healthy amount of beer in my belly, I still didn't smoke.
