One of the most difficyult part of the long term quit is keeping our thinking on track. By that I mean not allowing those cravings and memories of smoking occupy our thinking on a regular basis. Sometimes we actually have to force our thoughts to the positives we're experiencing since we've quit. More money in our pockets, freedom from the need to go find a place to smoke every 1/2 hour or so, better health, more energy, more time to enjoy other things in life.
Paying special attention to where your thinking is headed and redirecting that to positive thoughts can make a huge difference in achieving your goal of not only quitting but doing it while being happier about it
