Thanks a lot my fellow quitters for your continued support. It's made a real difference to my quit when things got a little shaky at times :) Those shaky times seem a long way behind me now. I'm locked into "maintain & protect" mode the past couple of months. So, any newbies reading this out there, give it a try! You can do it too if you really want it :)
