May 31, 20188 yr I would say forgetting your quitaversary is a good thing. Welcome to the land of double figures... huge achievement.
May 31, 20188 yr I would say forgetting your anniversary is a good thing. Means smoking is no longer part of your day to day thought process. Now, that's progress!
May 31, 20188 yr Author I suppose an example of how time effects your smoking thinking is this: I went to a concert recently and ordered interval drinks. At the interval we picked up the drinks I walked into the bar. My friend said I’m going for a fag. The good thing for me ? .... it didn’t even occur to me to go outside for a cigarette!!
May 31, 20188 yr When I went to the theatre as a smoker.I didn't have time for a drink in the interval....a smoke always came first.. Well done Jack...its a good feeling..
June 1, 20188 yr I remember those days drink? or smoke? or dunny?.. I always went the smoke... it felt werid to go to the theatre and not be jiggling my leg through the whole second half. Loved not needing to rush out for a smoke before and after. Its a great feeling isn't it.
July 31, 20188 yr Author Well that’s 1 year down. Think I might have a celebratory cigar lol. Thanks for all the support.

October 1, 20187 yr Good to see you're still a quitter Jack Matters not how you're doing it as long as you keep doing it! Feels great the further you go without smoking doesn't it?
