November 29, 20232 yr I’m so sorry Jillar!!! That was pretty friggin inconsiderate of the dr….especially when there’s compromised immune systems or conditions some ppl have. I was nervous as all hell if someone was sick bc I was hospitalized two times bc some asshole couldn’t stay home. Now that I’m quit I’m hoping my immune system is a bit better but still. I totally get you on both these things….when anxiety or panic hits, and especially when it comes in the form of shortness of breath..ughhhh nothing worse. I carry Xanax on me bc I never know and sometimes having it in my purse I think prevents it sometimes, knowing it’s there. Also people that are sick (like a DR hello?!?) out in public. STAY THE **** HOME ASSHOLE!! A gas attendant was coughinggggg yesterday and I’m like are u kidding me 🙄🙄🙄. But then I thought it may have been a smokers cough so idk I can’t fault him for that, he’s addicted. My dad had a smokers cough and I never wanted ppl to shame him, it was what it was. Also getting super sad some days bc it was just my dads bday, this is the time he got really bad, and he passed in dec. it’s literally the worst. And my first year of dealing with it without cigs. It’ll be 2 years in dec still feels like it’s not real. WOW anywayyyyy lol sorry I got off track. May 23, 20242 yr OMG, I woke up today to no frucking internet and not able to call long distance from the phone attached to it. Normally I would have just waited the wifi out but that's our office phone so I had to call them. This frucky chick asked me what the problem was and then started agreeing before I even got the sentence out. THEN she would ask me AGAIN what my issues were. I shit you not, she asked me the same thing at least five times. After the third time I was getting really pissed and told her if she'd stop agreeing until I finish talking she might not need to keep asking and then i said let me talk to a supervisor for the first time! At #4 I said let me talk to a supervisor and she said no she would help me! At #5 I asked again and she put me on hold for a couple minutes then came back on and said she couldn't find a supervisor, let her help me! So I hung up on her, what else could I do. That little bulldog was standing her ground 😂 But I still want to talk to a supervisor!

May 24, 20242 yr Customer service these days really suck!! And getting to a human is very difficult as well as Doreen said. I love technology but sometimes it's not good and very frustrating!

Yesterday I needed to call Best Buy to drop off two old computers for their recycling program. When I called, none of the choices were for what I needed, so I just pressed 1 and thankfully the girl that answered was very helpful. I remember the old days when we would be able to speak to a human right away. I guess I'm old fashioned in that respect, but I think it was much better.😕

It was more convenient for us to speak to a real live person and usually someone who knew what they were doing, not just some know nothing traniee but unfortunately for us (the customers) Customer Service is a thing of the past because it's too expensive and represents a very expensive cost item on the balance sheet and in in today's corporate world it's only the bottom line that's really important. It's really a shame for us customers but not like we have a choice in most instances.
