March 11, 201610 yr Been a smoker since the age of 18. I'm 50 now. In bygone days I coulda done the math without a thought and told you how many years that is. Not now uh-uh. I blame the leasing of my brain (and life!) to Mr Malboro Menthol 100's. Bought them in threes even though I was a 20-cig-a-day habit. Woke up on this particular Sunday morning (rainy, windy, cold) and realized I'd forgotten to buy them the previous night. Of course that warranted a leap out of bed, check cash situation, bring the credit card along, slip into sweats and high tail it to gas station. This particular Sunday I realized I didn't want to. Instead,I wanted to roll over, pull the covers over my head and stay in the warmth of my snug bed. And that's what I did. And that became my quit day. Just like that. Hi Everyone :)
