June 16, 201511 yr I haven't been here for awhile. My sister passed away June 7th. It has been really stressful but I haven't wanted a cigarette. I am thankful for that. I am thankful for this forum and the help everyone gives. I know in my heart I will never smoke again now. I survived the death of a loved one without smoking so I can survive anything. I will always be diligent and mindful and continue to come here and read though, I take nothing for granted. Thanks everyone for getting me where I am today.
