23 hours ago23 hr Thank everyone for the congratulations. I never realized this till I sat down to do the NOPE pledge. To all the newbies stay strong and and endure. It i well worth it and there are many folks here to help. Also, I would suggest that smokers take advantage of the low dose ct scan. My pcp wanted me to do this because of all those years I puffed on those nasty things. It is worth it. Thanks to all and to Cbdave my old party days would land me in the ICU the days. I will tilt a couple later though. Best wishes to all and thank you for all you do.
