Holy Cow!! 3 Months smoke free ... You can now start measuring your quit in fractions of a year.

That's significant progress @GonSo

Thanks!! Yes, 3 months already! Still having tough days, or better said, tough evenings. Other moments get me by surprise and I find that sometimes hard. The early days it was more or less a given that cravings were there almost the entire day.

Before I quit I thought that getting up in the morning would be the hardest as I had to smoke three cigarettes before I was truly awake. Surprisingly it is not; evenings are. Tired of that, to be honest.

I had one smoking dream couple of weeks ago. In that dream I did not smoke but was fighting cravings that were so bad and I was so tempted to smoke. Horrible.

On to month 4!!

Congratulations on reaching 3 months smoke free @GonSo🎉 You're doing great and you must be proud to have reached this milestone!

I'm with you on thinking the mornings would be more difficult but turns out it's the evenings! 🫠

Keep being strong and before you know it you'll be celebrating your next milestone! 💪

Congrats on 3 months @GonSo!! Evenings were tough for me, too… as were vacations. “Downtime” without nicotine was an adjustment. But it keeps getting better. And you now have 3 months of living proof that you don’t need those nasty smokes! Onward and upward!

I pick the three times stronger 💪💪💪

Congrats on three months. I see you struggle some, hard times will only get better, especially when you get rid of all the cat stuff, pictures and memes, anything Boxshitter related.
‘but really how are you rewarding yourself? What gifts have you given the person doing all the hard work? I don’t know you and rarely pop in but at the beginning you have to be nice to you. Nobody else really cares in real life. They are preoccupied with their own problems.  So you do you. Go buy a book, purse, new pet, anything you would want but been holding off. Not a house or car, just a gift. Good work. Head up. Keep marching.

Thanks for the reminder, Bakon. I did reward myself in the beginning, but not so much lately.

At the moment the house is catfree; kitten season will start in a couple of weeks. Which reminds me about smoking and coughing an awful lot when bottle feeding. There was not much else to do in between feedings. This year will be different.
