  • Natalie, you pulled yourself out of this panic. Yes, we gave you suggestions. Yes, we cheered you on. But YOU were only one who could make the choice to take steps to get your anxiety under control. Y

I´m here. I know it wouldn´t be good but I don´t know how to calm down!

Please let us help. Try some deep breathing.

breathe slow.  go draw a nice bath.  make a cuppa tea

eat something, it might be wonky blood sugar

Yes, deep berating will help - 4 seconds in, 4 seconds out... And you should drink something - fruit juice or ice water.

These bad feelings will pass soon - they are only temporary!

Please remind me this passes and it gets easier...

Yep, each time you get past a crave, you get stronger. Your body and mind are healing, but sometimes healing can be painful, or uncomfortable... But it is worth it, because once you are healed, you will feel so happy!

It does pass and it gets so much easier!   Drink something cold, eat candy whatever it takes to distract yourself until it passes. You'll never regret quitting!  I can promise you that.

What is making you anxious?

I don´t know. Maybe it´s the reflex or smoking after a meal

Eat something sweet...and have a nice drink of water

Also just remember...If you smoke one cigarette, then you will more than likely smoke another and then another....

Fight Natalie....Fight for your freedom from this addiction....

Smoking after a meal is a common trigger; I did the dishes until I was comfortable after dinner.

Yes! You are right! I don´t want to go back in the chain of smoking just one, and then another...NOPE
