September 8, 201411 yr Yes, deep berating will help - 4 seconds in, 4 seconds out... And you should drink something - fruit juice or ice water. These bad feelings will pass soon - they are only temporary!
September 8, 201411 yr Yep, each time you get past a crave, you get stronger. Your body and mind are healing, but sometimes healing can be painful, or uncomfortable... But it is worth it, because once you are healed, you will feel so happy!
September 8, 201411 yr It does pass and it gets so much easier! Drink something cold, eat candy whatever it takes to distract yourself until it passes. You'll never regret quitting! I can promise you that.
