All the nicotine will be gone from my body today......go begone you stinking decrepit demon......building a shield and never letting you back in ....ever.....again.......I am re-eductating my brain, I am a non smoker, I have been a non smoker since the 30th August, 2014.  After today my body will not crave, my mind may well think it requires nicotine but I am a non smoker.  The cough I had managed to get rid off before but that came back as soon as I began smoking again will soon disappear, the sore throat will go, my nose has stopped running already, the nicotine irritated it, I am a non smoker.  I can still taste the last of the nicotine and its disgusting, my hair smells fresher already, the smell is still on my clothes but that will also go, I am washing the nicotine from my life.  I am a non smoker.  My bank balance is £4 better off each day, treating myself on Saturday because I am a non smoker.  So many positives in my life.  I do not want the negative to come back in,  I don't need it, I don't want it, it only causes death and destruction.  So hello day 3 its so good to see you xxx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
