Just signed up and I’m ready to give it up

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I’ve been a pack a day smoker since I was 19 (28 years). I successfully quit once, for 5 months with the help of Wellbutrin. I didn’t like the side effects ,so I’m trying cold turkey this time. I’m really tired of it and doing it for my health and so I can be here for my daughter. Wish me luck and I appreciate any support given, hope I can be of support to someone else as well. I know this is going to be tough, but I’m determined. Thanks for reading.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
