You should be so proud of yourself because despite what life and your own body have thrown at you over the past few weeks you have been smoke free for 3 months. 3 months is 1/4 of the way, yep 25%, to the Lido Deck and you first year of freedom. I'm sure you are seeing some benefits from your quit by now so hold onto the thoughts of those. Keep up you fantastic work and celebrate today. Don't forget a reward, rewards are important, and fun.
