  1. Welcome del, I know how you feel. The first few months are the hardest but they are doable. I too had absolutely no energy. I found that sucking on candy really helped both the craves and the foggy head feeling. I also let my body dictate what it needed in order to try to repair all the damage done by smoking. So if it was hungry, I ate. Tired, I slept, etc. Also when you get a bad crave you can come on here and post an SOS letting us know you need some extra support. We will come running to help you past it. I did a couple times and they worked The last tool I used for a good six months was my air cigarette. I just pretended I was holding an actual cigarette then went through the motions of "smoking" it. It worked great at tricking my mind into thinking it was getting the real thing.
  2. Ugh Linda, I know your pain. My cat tiki is a cord chewer. Phone cords, mouse and keyboard cords, internet cords. You name it she's got her teeth marks on it. I've never in my life replaced so many cords. But we both know that no matter how many cords they chew, we love them little brats lol!
  3. @Linda Thomas I can't see them on my computer. I have to use my kindle so I can bring the image close and slowly move it away

  17. @Doreensfree, it's like cat lover said. I use my kindle and hold it close then without blinking slowly move it away. The image should start to come into view. It may take a couple tries. I actually had to open the bunny image in another window because I couldn't tell what it was Fun fact: I have a book of these that are postcards and years ago I sent one a week to Wheel of Fortune auditions. And I got picked to go to LA for an audition. Unfortunately I didn't get picked but it was a fun experience
