If you kick it, untouched through the 2 big sticks you get a goal which is worth 6 points.. If its touched, hits a big stick or goes through the gap between the big stick and the little stick you get a behind, which is 1 point.

There are 3 sleeps until the footy (Football of the Australian Rules variety, not soccer, rugby or gridiron)... I can almost smell the deep heat (lineament commonly worn by footy players) and hot palm sized meat pies served at footy games.... There are teenage boys who walk around the ground sell "Hot pies, Cold drinks and Football Records" ( a magazine listing the players in the teams, their stats and a field for you to record the stats of the game (not unlike a racing form guide but for the week of football). Now the Americans have joined in too. There you go my dear, your most welcome. ?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
