  12. Well done on the 2lb loss, that's brilliant me and the hubby went trekking in the Brecon beacons last week, was a long walk down to this waterfall, the Sgwd yr Eira, and even harder going back up, as it was all steps, I lost count how many, but each step was hulking your body weight up, and I knew about it the next day!!! I was knackered haha. It was nice to be able to walk behind the waterfall.

  20. Glad you are giving quitting another go, never give up! You will definately enjoy your hill climbing more, once you have quit, and your lungs start to heal. I was the same walking up hills, its so much better now, and breathing becomes easier. You will come to love your new life. All the best, and post on here lots, it really helps in the early days. Good that your kids are with you on this too.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
