Can’t believe I’m at 7 months already, this second half of the year is going so much quicker than the first. I’m in a comfortable place with my quit now, just riding the waves ? 22. I always wore a latex glove on my smoking hand. I’m a beautician so work on people’s faces. I couldn’t have smelly fingers ? I always smoked out in fresh air, and sprayed myself often with body spray and that went in my hair too ...and lots of mints. I always used to turn away. From my clients to speak to them, just in case they smelt it on my breath.... it was a nightmare and I bet some knew anyway ?
  23. NOPE... not on Sunday ....?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
