  4. I'm so Sorry to read about your relapse kdad. I also remember how bad I felt when i lost a previous 2 year+ quit. I was devastated and hated every minute smoking those filthy things. Unfortunately or fortunately whichever way you want to look at it, it's not the same enjoyment as it once was. Once you have tasted freedom, you are desperate to keep it for many reasons, health, wealth, grand kids etc. Please get back on the train as soon as you can. Vote for your health and wealth and grand kids. I hope you are back soon with renewed energy and determination to kick this horrible addiction to the kerb.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
