G’day morning....I’m Chris. I’m the NOPE bloke and I try to rock up here each day and pledge the NOPE. Can I take 2 mins of your time to talk about the E bit in the pledge? You know the “EVER” bit. Up to now I bet you been using the “replace EVER with minute ,hour, day as required, clause. Time to challenge yourself and really face the EVER bit. If your feeling a bit guilty about being easy and lack of craves..... Dont! Be. Ever means facing the fact that your an addict and will spend the rest of your natural life being a mere Puff away from a 20 a day smoker. So if you want to really have a true quit you have to now start studying for the EVER bit. Cause let’s face it started with the minute, hour, day, now you get to keep this quit Forever! G’day Shit Joe... that is ever parents nightmare! whats happening in this world? Every smashed, cut, diced or sliced finger/ toe was stitched or likewise repaired by my local JP when I was a kid. What? Did you have to be a full surgeon or have a full operation done in a general hospital so you they can survive being sued?

G’day I did the champix bit. I got to 8!weeks and discovered I had this quit. And how sweet It was. Couldn’t care less how I got there, but I did. And I was keeping it. No way was I handing this one back. So I manned up and admitted in my heart that I was an addict and no way was I ever going to have another puff. Not One Puff EVER! 41/2 years later, still making my pledge......

G’day off to work, maybe. Nail bar is closed, lash bar as well only the hair dresser is open. Max 1/2 hour each customer. Getting uglier by the day....
