  1. Yeah, anything Mitsubishi is junk LOL
  2. I have a gradually cut back on coffee over the last several years but not intentionally. It’s just kind of happened. I was a caffeineaholic really bad till about 10 years ago. I have thought about quitting completely but honestly, it’s one of life’s simple pleasures. I love dark black strong coffee. I don’t drink a lot, maybe 3 cups before noon. My day usually starts around 4:15 AM. As for sugar, oh dear God. I love anything sweet , cookies, cakes and donuts being my favorite. However I’m not big on candy. When I first quit smoking I gave myself a “hall pass” but the last few days I’ve been trying to cut back consciously keeping track of what I take in. I’m not sure if I could keep my sugar intake under 25 mg a day. Might be worth a try since I could stand to loose a few pounds anyway.

Lmao, it’s not mine. Still too early in the year in my area for flowers that mature. That’s a prize winner right there, for sure.

  6. Nope Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommies
  7. In the first couple of weeks of my quit I was totally surprised how much time smoking took. It’s crazy. Seems that if I wasn’t smoking my mind was occupied with thoughts of smoking. Enjoy your new found freedom and remember, cigarettes do nothing for you. They take away your time, your money and your health.
  8. I’m actually listening to this right now on Pandora in the garage, ******* around…
  9. Thanks!! It definitely gets easier. Working at the moment. When work is done it’s party time LOL.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
