My health...my self asteem...oh the list is endless...more money... I have much more energy now...than 20 years ago...... I love this new life...

You know deep down you should quit...then why haven't you..? You think it's too late ?....it's never too late...this 52 year smoker says it's never too late.. Oh the bad stuff won't happen to me...why risk it...it just might be you... It's too hard....no it's not...you just promise yourself,to never take another puff... Fear...what you scared of....you should be more scared while your smoking.... Don't just keep putting it off till tomorrow...you might run out of tomorrow's... I can see empty seats on this train...jump on....best thing you can ever do...

Thought I might share this with you all...I had a nice lunch over the weekend with my smoking friend... Who has told me...well done you for quitting....me...I like smoking...duh !!!!...well... After the meal she asks me...where's the smoking area...I told her we passed it on the way in...what she's says... Why carnt I go out there...pointing to a open door... No...I say that where the children can eat and play... She tuts and says...but it is outside so why carnt I go there.. I had to have this conversation as to why she carnt... Was I really that stupid...when I smoked....I would like to think not....
