  1. Tick tick tick! :)
  2. To this day my biggest trigger is in the car. I don't know why except that I guess I have always smoked while driving since I was 16. I was chewing alot of gum in the car and now I play on my phone and send texts which I would not recommend! :)

  6. She was so active, robust, from Holland with good health. She lived through WW2 as a young girl and married later an American pilot in the US Air force. I remember after she quit but I was smoking I used to give her a cigarette every now and then or a puff. I did not know how dangerous that was for her. She eventually stopped doing this as she knew it was bad.
  7. Sandy, awesome! Happy One Month of freedom! :) :) :) Congratulations! :)
  8. I listen to a bunch of history podcasts and financial podcasts. :0 However, I recommend also "This American Life " and "Snap Judgement" which have a variety of stories .
  9. That is allot of cigarrettes! Euuu, just think about them stacked up and having to choke them down one by one.
  10. Just got off the phone with my neighbor who has CPOD and lung cancer , poor thing. Just listening to her discuss how she cannot walk from the bathroom to the chair without steroids is very distressing. She smoked for many years and has been quit for many as well.

Have some chocolate Ps two weeks ago I had a week of urges. I was disappointed . I thought about how great it would be to smoke a cig to celebrate my one year! Junkie thinking on my part. :( now things are back to normal which is random thoughts from time to time but not allot

No way Kitty cat. Hang on! I have friends who have quit smoking for years who still have urges from time to time. It ma be the nature of the beast.
  13. This is soo true. God forbid I would not have cigarettes in my possession. I would even count how many I had left and calculate if I needed to go buy some even though I was in my pjs or it was raining. Or how about smoking a butt from the ashtray, or several butts , eeeuuu. The ashes would get on my lips
  14. Six! Yey! I had someone reserve your chair near the pool and ordered you a cocktail! :)

  16. Yesterday I had a small binge festival with almond butter and other carbs. Now I don't feel like exercising.
  17. I love to listen to podcasts while I exercise or clean the house. Two of my favorites right now are Revolutions by Mike Duncan and of course, This American Life, Any podcast fans?
  18. Yes I am watching! Of course. :) i love Clive Owens. I watched the strain and part of this yesterday but it was too much creeepiness so I have yet to finish., I need Greys Anatomy to start again for a light, cleansing show to contrast with these dark moody ones
  19. I know the rummage around in my purse habit. One good thing is that I don't need a purse as much now or I can have a tiny one that fits just keys, money , lipstick
