It is really hot and humid, i really cannot run in this heat. So I am doing walk/ jog until it gets bearable. 60 minutes

That's good Action. I look at people smoking when I smell it. The smell still attracts me. Most of the people I see on the street smoking around here are not younger people but older people, workers, and I think alot about class and smoking.

Boy I have been reading and researching. Once you get into hormones and anti-aging treatments, it looks like a bottomless pitt

Moving is such a pain but it is great once you get settled usually.
