That's disappointing news Gene 🙁 You'll need to consider the circumstances that allowed you to think having a smoke was necessary and make a plan for how to deal with the same situation should it happen again. 9 Months and now starting over again can't be easy and I'm sure you're regretting what happened but put all that aside and get yourself back on the train where you belong! You've had a good taste of freedom from smoking now let's make that permenant!
