You know, I have always been a relatively happy person even through some of the gnarly dings that life has thrown my way but, let me tell you, quitting smoking has made me SO much happier, markedly happier and so much lighter in spirit ! :)

Changed it so radically it is a different painting with different problems. :P and it was crazy around the house with jackhammers :( then dealing with Contractor (Angels of Mercy, give me strength) I will be around in the am and then will go walking around, Need to look at the river. Need a few cocktails. Need some oysters. will take camera and find things.

You know, there is a whole lot of stuff around that quitting smoking is really really hard. If I had known that it didn't have to be crazy hard, I would have tried to quit sooner. I think, you have nothing to loose by having a short conversation and she has everything to gain.
