  1. NOPE Happy Friday everybody
  2. You are doing great, Phil. I was lucky in that I really didn't have many smokers around me at all when I quit. Keep up the great work. Hopefully Mrs. Boosh is inspired by how well you are doing and decides to quit the cigs too.
  3. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.

    Hit and Run

The Atlanta Braves just signed Cole Hamels to a 1 year deal. Sounds like a good pickup. I wish him luck against everyone but the Cubs.

  16. I'm grateful for having gone through a very warm, pleasant, and drama-free Thanksgiving this year (last year was a complete different story). I'm also thankful that I can experience life (the good and the bad) without obsessing over how I'm going to get my next nicotine fix. And I'm grateful to all of you "beautiful, smoke-free creatures" (a great line Sazarac uses a lot) that inhabit this place. I hope you are all doing well this holiday season.
  17. Awesome job @HeatherDianne That first month is the toughest and you have conquered it. Keep taking it one day at a time and it gets easier and better.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
