Ummm - I think I resolve not to run on the beach anymore .... The competition is a bit tough and there seems to be some creepy men watching as well !!

Yesterday - did a massive clean up and then a bit of running. Today some more running and am now about to have a glass of bubbles and wait for the New Years :-)
