Jackie you can buy what's called "build up" its in a box and sold at chemists and in supermarkets it powdered milk shake flavours use full fat milk, ice cream and fresh fruit tastes delicious and full of vitamins and minerals just check that's it's suitable for your sons age comes in chocolate, banana, original or strawberry Hope he gets well soon hun xxxxxx

Sweet macaroni that looks Grosse I would not have been able to watch anyone eat that lol I would shut my eyes the pud looks good though but who think doughnuts instead of burger buns who thinks of these things yuk but I'm sure you enjoyed it going down Ross lol The last thing I ate but shouldn't have was steak and lobster smothered in butter, battered onions and sauce, crab stuffed mushrooms, bread and butter and a side of sweet potato with butter and brown sugar? I told them to hold the cinnamon washed down with wine It was rez and I last supper and it tasted gorgeous but the sugAr on the sweet potato was too much :)

Hi yep I made it back to Blighty knackered is right I keep going off for a kip but mostly to get respite from my mother who has talked my ears off lol bless her I am currently being subjected to emerdale farm a messed up soap opera programme so yeah the will to live is draining fast ;) Time to go back to bed, jet lagged you know ;) my excuse for the next 2 months
