LOL omg sharon I didnt even know there was a song with tracey in it apart from happy birthday ;) thanks everyone for your lovely congratulations :) what a difference a month makes, I am so happy in my quit now sometimes I have to pinch myself that this is really happening, I love my new life and freedom as a non smoker, absolutely love it :) thank you all so much I owe where I am today to you and the boards your support and experiences and education pulled me through, I hope to continue to pass this on to others this freedom thingy me bob - is catching on :)

an interesting topic tiff its one I dont have the answers to, to be honest I call myself an addict and that term alone helps to solidify my quit as I know I cannot have one puff or i would be back smoking in my ignorant brain, to me that defines me as an addict maybe the other substances you get addicted to are on different levels, I havent been there so I cannot really say I have known alcoholics who cannot have just one drink though but i admire you and your friend for the work you do xxx

treat myself to a mini makeover to celebrate my 8 months quit :)

i was made to wear these back after a pedicure because it was a spur of the moment thing and my shoes were not suitable to wear afterwards i had to walk 10 minutes through town wearing these and i asked the lady "do you want me to bring them back" surprise surprise she said NO oh the shame :beee:
