    Hey there - welcome and congrats on your 93 days. OMG the brainfog was the worst! It was like my entire IQ dribbled out the bottom of my shoes for a while. And my satisfaction/gratification receptors were were totally scorched after my own 45-year smoking career… everything felt flat. But have faith and carry on - things settle down after a while.

    Aren’t you tired of the failure-to-quit cycle? You can be free once and for all! Like @Cbdave said, cravings are not commands… just loud commercials for stuff we’re not buying any more. Swat em away and move forward!
