  16. I get upset when it takes me more than 20 minutes to get to and from work and this is in Phoenix Az. on the I-17. I never have had to deal with long commutes since I live here. That`s a bit of good fortune I guess.

  18. Great job kdad! Congrats on the 7 month mark.
  19. G’day My grandparents fought for the 8 hour work day. So the day consisted of 8 hours work, 8 hours sleep and 8 hours Leisure. With our city’s getting so big and that job for life doesn’t exist any more so we are forced further afield. A commute is getting part of life now. You cant sleep on a bus or train or behind the wheel ;( You can’t work on a bus or train and I don’t want to be an Uber driver. So that leaves the commute time to come out of you leisure time.... we are going to be so much poorer for that C

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
