  7. You really don't want to be sick and tired of being sick and tired for the rest of your life so quitting right now and staying quit is the only way forward. Focusing now on your LAST AND FINAL QUIT (), you must fight it! Do what you have to do to get through those cravings (within reason lol). Keep pledging your NOPE every day, every single day! I'm not sure if you have but please do! Makes a huge difference. If you don't and you're struggling, post in the SOS thread! You have options there, use them! You can do this.

Shy I know I’m right I spent decades on the same wheel Dont wait until you have been given the news you just don’t want to hear like me I faced amputation I had run out of chances Yes it will be tough for a while , but once you’re over the other side you will so glad to be free .. QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
